This is our newest addition!
Specifications:
1977 Chevy Stepside Pickup, 350 cu.in, 4bbl, 4wd. All body panels are new. Paint is tribute to our feature automobile, Plum Crazy, which was sold a few years ago to make our move to Alaska possible. Rear brakes are disc conversion from Stainless Steel Brakes. Engine is new GM Performance 350 crate engine with 300 HP right out of the box. Headers are Hooker ceramic coated. Edelbrock parts include Performer intake with carb, fuel pump, valve covers, HiFlow water pump and air cleaner. Engine is dressed with March Billet Pulleys, Stainless Braided ignition wires with billet wire looms from Zoops.com. Interior has all new carpet, door panels with carpet bottoms and a digital dash from Dakota Digital. Bed has new oak wood with polished stainless hold down strips covered with a Pace-Edwards hard Roll-Top Tonneau Cover. Exterior modifications include a custom roll pan with all exterior lighting modified to LED, all by Custom Classics out of Howe, Texas. Front includes all new chrome trim with headlamps modified to 1980 chevy truck with polished billet grille. Keeping it all stuck to the street is a set of American Racing Ventura wheels with good old BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. If you look closely, this is the same truck as shown on our faq page. Quite the difference, wouldn't you agree? Recent modifications include a set of 4 helper air bags to add some stability. The exterior is now finished off with a custom front chromed bumper with 2 frenched driving lamps. Mechanically we went a bit nuts and went with the Edelbrock 3500 multi-point fuel injection system rated for a maximum 1000 CFM. We also got rid of the belt driven fan and went with dual electric fans which gives us more flexibility to maintain optimum engine temperature. Who knows what is next?
This truck is the pride and joy of Eddy Helm, owner of the garage which prepared this web site. All mechanical, body, paint and modifications done by Eddy's Automobile Maintenance.
